Facilities of the Tracy Center

The Tracy Center is a full service meeting and retreat center.  The facilities include 8 classrooms / meeting rooms, 2 chapels, 2 courtyards, ballroom, theater, 30 overnight guestrooms and a conference center.

  • Our Ballroom is equipped with a stage. The space can accommodate up to 500 in theater seating and a maximum of 400 at banquet tables.
     
  • The Theater is equipped with a stage and can accommodate a maximum of 196 people in upholstered, fixed seating
     
  • Our Westerfield Conference Center can seat up to 120.
     
  • The Education Building with 8 classrooms can accommodate seating from 10 to 100.

Any event booked at the Tracy Center can be catered by our experienced food and beverage staff.

Overnight Use and Rates

The Overnight Retreat Center has 30 private guestrooms and can accommodate up to 120 people (quad occupancy). Each room has a private bathroom.  A minimum of 8 rooms (double occupancy) is required to reserve the Overnight Retreat Center. The rental of guestrooms grants use of one meeting room at no additional charge.  Rooms are booked by block only (not individually).  Additional meeting room charges are applied when additional space is required.  Exclusive use of Overnight Retreat Center by a single user is not guaranteed when booking a retreat or conference. Neither is use of Westerfield Conference Center guaranteed when booking a retreat or conference.
